We strive to create an opportunity to educate and empower young African Americans who seek to become strengthen by history and strides as a result of the trading and merchant relationships between the African American community and other nations, culture, religions and races on a local and international level. Our hopes are, by providing four HRCI Training Workshops/Professional Development programs to large businesses, education facilities, government organizations and other groups that provide services and/ employment to communities of color that this will allow Washington Events to open the dialog about African American Communities, providing direct knowledge and best practices on topics specific to black culture to all.

In recent years, we have seen many changes in the relationships with the African American community and the American Government. Highlighting bigotry and racism, the cut backs on programs to single parent homes and urban community education and the fight for a minimum wage that could barely pay for a single room apartment. The increasing importance of financial stability while existing with the challenging economic climates and changing demographics both in and outside of Black Community and Culture the “Rediscovery of Black Wall Street” purpose is to focus on the ways in which diversity and inclusion training, working alongside employment development and job placement programs could strengthen the odds of providing a more secure financial future for the next generations to come.
